NICHOLAS LAPITZKI
PRINCIPAL
Nicholas, a second-generation builder, is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. degree in engineering. Nicholas worked as an engineer out of college acquiring design and field analysis experience. He gained hands on experience early on by working with his mom on the weekends, who was also a successful builder. The passion for building was undeniable and he ultimately launched his own building career. Nicholas has fostered exceptionally productive relationships with some of the best building professionals. As a result, our network of skilled subcontractors and tradespeople deliver exceptional work on time and budget.
LARISSA LAPITZKI
PRINCIPAL
Larissa attended the University of Colorado. Her professional experience includes working for builders and architects in the administrative and business aspect of the industry. Larissa began working for a fast paced architectural firm in 1998. Her lengthy exposure in the construction industry has given her vast knowledge of all phases of building a home. Larissa works in close liaison with townships expediting projects from the permitting process to certificate of occupancies.
